After one imports the file into a 3D cad file you should be able to measure lengths. Is this what you are looking for?

Here is one example. File contains a simple object. I'm looking for a easy way to calculate length of all lines, arcs, circles... Is there any software for that? Thanx.

I'm using AutoCAD but I can do it only by measuring every line by itself. I was wondering about some automatic method, like select everything and get complete length?

JOIN ALL SEGMENTS AS POLYLINE THEN USE PROPERTIES WILL GIVE YOU THE SEGMENT LENGTH

Seem to be you want to measure lengths for some kind off cut , laser , plasma or whet else. What kind of cad software do you handle?

That's right, I'm using a laser cutting system. AutoCAD is the only CAD tool I have but I can buy other one if it can do what I need. @ALDOL78: REGION command gave me nothing useful or I'm using it wrong?
