The way I do this is not to not show them in the model, but have a call-out on the drawing. For the purpose of the model what I have done is for the knockout portion to slightly recesed on the outside and raised on the inside showing the portion to be removed. Having the knockout as a individual feature gives you the ability to remove the knockouts/features for assemblies. |
