Yes animation is possible in catia. 1.First of all you make some parts model. 2.Then go to DMU Kinematic option, insert part in window one- by- one. 3.Assemble them using proper constraining. 4.At last it sholuld show the message that The mechanism can be simulated. 5.After that you make the film. Play the film by activating the player. If you have done the cource of Catia you can do it. Just try it.
