Need help on how to PROPERLY inspect this dimension

The .875 Radius is in print, but the location from the center of the square to the .875 R is out of tolerance by a couple thousandths. Is this calling out location or radius? And how would you check it?

Looks like the top radius feature center point is located relative to the center of the square feature and built in size to R .875 +0, -.010
