    Question Minor diameter true?

I have a drawing that is calling out a true position of .010 to two datums below the true position callout is the statement "minor diameter true" is this implying that the minor diameter must meet the true position callout as well as the pitch diameter?

No, this specifies that the dimensional measurements and conformance are only required at the minor diameter.

By default, tolerances of location, orientation or datum origin apply at the axis as derived from the pitch circle unless otherwise specified.
