Y14.7.1 - Gear Drawing Standards-Parts 1: For Spur, Helical, Double Helical and Rack
This Standard sets forth methods to be followed for specifying drawing data for gears operating on axes which are parallel. It is the purpose of this Standard to provide formats, nomenclature, and definitions for the following types of gears: Spur, Helical, Double-Helical, and Spur and Helical Racks. The minimum data for the various gear types are defined. Where additional data are required, methods for specifying these data are shown. Slight deviations for critical applications are recognized, provided general formats are maintained. These standards represent industry minimum standards. Closer tolerances that may be required on certain applications should be discussed with the knife manufacturer relative to the precision required for the application.

B133.8 - Gas Turbine Installation Sound Emissions
This standard gives methods and procedures for specifying the sound emissions of gas turbine installations for industrial, pipeline, and utility applications. Included are practices for making field sound measurements and for reporting field data. This standard can be used by users and manufacturers to write specifications for procurement, and to determine compliance with specification after installation. Information is included, for guidance, to determine expected community reaction to noise.

PTC 4.4 - Gas Turbine Heat Recovery Steam Generators
The purpose of this Code is to establish procedures for the conduct and report of tests of heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) employed in combined cycle installations. Combined cycle, as used herein, shall be interpreted as a gas turbine exhausting into an HRSG, which may or may not be arranged for supplemental firing. This Code provides standard test procedures which will yield results having the highest level of accuracy consistent with current engineering knowledge and practice. The purposes of testing under this Code are the determination of (a) efficiency, or effectiveness, at specified operating conditions; (b) capacity at specified operating conditions; (c) other related operating characteristics such as steam temperature and control range, inlet gas flow and temperature; pressure drops in combustion air, gas, steam and water circuits; quality and/or purity of steam; and air and bypass stack gas leakage. The rules and instructions given in this Code apply to HRSG units employed in combined cycle installations. Units operating with more than approximately 40 percent excess air shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of this Code. Units operating with less than approximately 20 percent excess air shall be tested in accordance with Performance Test Code PTC-4.1, Steam Generating Units. For units operating between 20 percent and 40 percent excess air, guidance as to the preferred test method can be obtained in Appendix 7.1. Orsat analysis is not required for tests performed under this Code. Testing of auxiliary equipment shall be governed by the Performance Test Code applying specifically to the auxiliary in question. This Code is not applicable to solid fuel fired units. The HRSG covered by this Code is encompassed by the envelope boundary shown in Fig. 1.1.

B133.7M - Gas Turbine Fuels
Gas turbines may be designed to burn either gaseous or liquid fuels, or both with or without changeover while under load. This Standard covers both types of fuel. making field sound measurements and for reporting field data. This standard can be used by users and manufacturers to write specifications for procurement, and to determine compliance with specification after installation. Information is included, for guidance, to determine expected community reaction to noise.

B31.8 - Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems
This Code covers the design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, and safety aspects of operation and maintenance of gas transmission and distribution systems, including gas pipelines, gas compressor stations, gas metering and regulation stations, gas mains, and service lines up to the outlet of the customers meter set assembly. Included within the scope of this Code are gas transmission and gathering pipelines, including appurtenances, that are installed offshore for the purpose of transporting gas from production facilities to onshore locations; gas storage equipment of the closed pipe type, fabricated or forged from pipe or fabricated from pipe and fittings, and gas storage lines.

B1.20.5 - Gaging for Dryseal Pipe Threads-Inch
The scope of this Standard is to provide information regarding practical dryseal thread inspection methods and commonly used gages for production evaluation purposes. All dimensions are in inches unless otherwise specified. 1.1.1 Federal Government Use. When this standard is approved by the Department of Defense and the Federal agencies and is incorporated into FED-STD-H28/8, Screw-Thread Standards for Federal Services Section 8, the use of this Standard by the Federal Government is subject to all requirements and limitations of FED-STD-H28/8.

B107.17M - Gages, Wrench Openings, Reference
Scope and Purpose This Standard establishes gage sizes for inch and metric wrench openings. These requirements do not cover every available size, but only those most commonly manufactured. 2 APPLICATION The gages covered by this Standard shall be used to ensure the manufacture of conforming product in inch and metric sizes.

B1.2 - Gages and Gaging for Unified Inch Screw Threads
This Standard provides essential specifications and dimensions for the gages used on Unified inch screw threads (UN and UNR thread form), and covers the specifications and dimensions for the thread gages and measuring equipment listed in Tables 1 and 2. The basic purpose and use of each gage are also described.
