With Friction Forces :

P Force to pull body up incline:

P = W · ( µ · cos α + sin α ) ; eq 8

P1 for to pull body down incline:

P1 = W · ( µ · cos α - sin α ) ; eq 9

P2 for to hold body static on incline:

P2 = W · ( sin α - µ cos α ) ; eq 10

Where:

W = Body Weight (lbs, N)
Pn = Load / Force (lbs, N)
Q = Load / Force (lbs, N)
α = Angle (deg.)
µ = Coefficient of Friction
l = Length as indicated (in,mm)
b = Length as indicated (in,mm)
h = Length as indicated (in,mm)
