Talon Service and Design was established in 2001 by two mechanical engineers with over 20 years experience in product engineering, design and development in Fortune 500 companies. We want to take our experience and apply that to your products, giving you a competitive advantage. We are engineers first, and consultants second. We find great joy and satisfaction in reducing costs while at the same time maintaining or improving product functionality.
Jeff received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His industry experience ranges from consumer electronics to industrial packaging solutions. Jeff's primary design tool is Solidworks and he is content to spend hours in front of the computer developing an idea. He is very driven and never gives up on a problem until he has found a solution.
Patrick received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, and in addition he attained an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has a wide range of product development experience which has contributed to his expertise in plastics, stamping, insert molding and assemblies. His primary design tool is Pro/Engineer. Patrick has traveled all over Asia working with many offshore vendors and can speak some Mandarin.
