Need some guide in the following;-
1) When the bolt are fasten, do we actually address as torque or tension of these bolts.

2) How do we determine on how much should the bolt be properly fastened? Would there be a standard calculation for it.

3) Are there any internationally reconised standard to the above mentioned.

Would apericate that if anyone that could help would e-mail me at the same time when reply to this posting.
