This forum is a place to ask questions, answer questions, and discuss engineering problems and topics. We are here to share and enhance engineering knowledge. On occasion we do get into friendly exchanges of past engineering experiences and "old times" for the healthy sake of brotherhood.

This forum is also a place to express a desire for additional information or formulas to be added to the knowledge base on this web site. We may use it for feed back about this knowledge base and to make suggestions of how to improve or expand these resources for the betterment of the engineering world.

We (me and you) have a responsibility as a world wide engineering group to always promote and maintain documented standards and specifications. This is not a place to post "rules of thumb" which are work arounds of clearly specified values readily avalible on standard certified charts.

The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
