Ok,folks.... I need a bit of help. Our company is adopting a format that will be acceptable per TL9000 requirements. As per TL9000, we are required to monitor and document any issues pertaining to quality, both in house and through our vendors. As part of the documentation, it has been determined we shall use a generic form for the purpose of recording any non-conforming products or services. My questions are these: 1) What information is typically to be gathered and reported on this form? 2) Does anyone have a generic template they would like to share? Thanks, Ron |

Ron...You should extract what ever you can from
ISO 9001:2000. It would be a good foundation for your program. It also gives you some credibility...when you get audited you can tell them you've based your quality program around ISO 9001:2000. |
