Dear sir,
Is there a gringing wheel which is appropriate for Al(grade 19000).we are using sanding disc 36 grid and 120 grid.earlier we were used 36 grid and radial flap (all are aluminium oxide).while grinding al metals clog with that disc.we are appling greese to prevent this.But the life of grinding disc is also very low.Can u pls give me some solution.(pls remember after finishing we ae have to Paint wheel mark should not affect the product) Thanks

Your best bet with this question is to direct it to a customer sales representative of an abrasives supplier. Call the vendor you currently use for your abrasives and ask them. If they cannot offer you any help, there are plenty of other companies with products who will fill your need. When you speak with the representative, be sure and let him/her know what material you are sanding/grinding and ask what speed they recommend the abrasive to be used. Ron |
