we have a reboiler for desalination plant. It is tested in shop. Is it imperative that it is hydrostatic tested again after installation at site? Please give reference of code B31.3 or B31.1.

email me if you want the ASME B31.3 (process piping) and ASME B31.1 (power piping). I have them in my archive since I was a piping slave before.
