max allowable pressure

For a 16 ", seamless ASTM A53 steel tube Schedule 160 Inside diam 14", used as a Fluid (oil) power cylinder
What it is the max allowed pressure?

Please take in notice it is a non to be practical use.
I WILL NOT BUILD IT.
I used this calculator
http://www.engineersedge.com/calculators/shell_internal_pres_pop.htm

But it give me a so thin wall.

The calculator results looks suspect - I'll get it reviewed ASAP!

Ok, I see the problem. The (E) Joint Efficiency data should be entered as a decimal. 100% = 1.00 or 80% = 0.8.

This realy should be changed within the calculator (on the list).
