Bursting of hydraulic accumulator

a cylindrical hydraulic accumulator with nitrogen charged to a pr of 85 kg/cm2 on one side and hydraulic fluid at 210 kg/cm2 failed(burst due to overload) what could be the probable reasons:

You will probably get a better answer from the manufacturer than from us. Too many details possibly involved.

With a failure, I think the manufacturer should be advised about their products performance.

Let's see.
(210-85)/cm^2=25Kg/cm^2,
the differential pressure exceeded the containment strength of the vessel.
As others have suggested, ask the mfr if 25Kg/cm^2 exceeds the specs and if not, why the failure.
