Hello All, I have a situation where I am tossed whether to put TJI engineered joists , or, install a steel beam, and go conventional 2 x 12 construction. SO, the span is 25 ft with a width of 20 ft. Question is, IF I want to put a 3500 boat/trailer combination up there, what size steel beam do I really need??? Thanks, all, mik
