I am working on a problem that i am trying to find the answer to. I need to know how much weight i can apply to an angle 3.5"x3.5"x.375" that is suspended between two TS 5"x5"x.25 steel tubes. the angle is welded on the to and bottom side at each end. I am thinking that the ends of the angle that are welded to the 5x5 tube will tear out the side walls of the tube first. is this the weakest point if so does anyone know of an equestion or where to start
