Hi I am about to design a filling machine for pharmaceutical liquid, we can buy all the filling nozzles, pipes, etc. of shop shelf, but i have to design or buy a slide with high wear resistance to carry bottles in the filling station, the reason for having high wear resistance is they don't want to have any particle floating in filling area,I appreciate if somebody help me choosing the right slide or material to design a slide, Thanks |

Stainless steel would be my first choice. Any 300 or 400 series. |

If you decide on 300 series, try Kolsterising them to increase surface hardness to 1000-1200 HV. |
