if anyone can guide me about calculating the welding strength of end cap welded to hydraulic tube. |

Not sure I really understand the question. If you are after a working strength for a weld, it would be based on material, material thickness, bead size, style of weld (lap, Butt etc), competence (skill) of the welder, condition under which the welding is taking place, the weld process (GMAW, TIG etc), the hydraulic pressure against the end cap.
