ASTM Standard for Tek screws?

Is there an ASTM std that specifies info. for a Tek 5 self-tapping screws [specifically a 12-24 thread profile]?

I don't know if ASTM has a standard, but SAE does: J78. Note the thread form of a type CSD screw (and 12-24 is a CSD screw)is intended to be the same as the standard Unified thread.
I've got some experience using self-drillers so let me know if you need application assistance.
