You could extrapolate size and tolerance data from this webpage /dowel_pin.htm.

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, but there is a standard that addresses "Preferred Metric Limits and Fits". It lists all the codes, such as F8, e11, h7, etc., that are common fits (depending on whether it's a clearance hole or a press fit, which is probably what you want). It is published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (www.asme.org) but it probably has to be purchased. It is standard number ANSI B4.2-1978.
