I work for a company where we create industrial mufflers. Our mufflers contain a flange on the ends or botoms of our units. The flanges are welded on, and they cause a little bit of an issue with warping because of the heat. I'm looking at a way to correct this problem, I've been considering maching the flanges after being welt. But that cost big time $, any suggestions?
