In inches your asking for +/- .0078, which for die-casting should be OK for cast-in dimensional limits. Depending on design and assembly reqiurements a clearance hole of around .185" or 4.7 mm with a positional of .015" ( +/-.008" ) at MMC should be adequate. Of course, I'm just guessing at application .....
