I have a metric drawing with a hole dimensioned
HOLE C20.62 A 0.2
Not sure what the C and the A refer to. Anyone know?

I don't know, but I'll give a wild guess. Sometimes when a drawing is converted or printed out in different software, some of the symbology gets screwed up. So maybe the "C" is supposed to be the diameter symbol , and maybe "A" is supposed to be the plus/minus symbol . Find out what the drawing was originally created in, and see if that's a possibility.
