Yep. You sure can. The question is... How quickly do you want to reach that temperature? More btu's in = faster you'll hit your target temperature. I believe there are some calculators on this site to help ball park your time frame to reach your desired temp. Also if you're buying these elements from a dealer you can fill them in on what you're up to and let them know what sort of time frame you want this to happen in... power available... average size of load you're heating by weight... cycles desired per day or shift etc. and they'll guide you in the right direction. You might also want to consider picking up a used equipment catalog or do some surfing. There are thousands of ovens out there that will do what you want and often times a used one can be had for pennies per buck compared to cost of building new. Of course there's always the possibility of needing some repair but that goes for anything old or new. Nothing lasts forever... Good luck, Bob
