EN 13445-3 for the design of subsea suction anchor?

Hi,

I am a graduate engineer and have been given this assignment to check whether a suction anchor's specifications can pass EN 13445-3 's requirements.. I've been cracking my head because EN13445 is for pressure vessels meaning pressure containing, while a suction anchor is not?

Please help, anyone!

I think EN13445 does provide guidance for vessels operating with external pressure..

Yes I mean is it possible to do a code check of a suction anchor using EN13445?
