How can I create electrical induction using a car or lawn mower battery ?

[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Helvetica Neue]I was thinking that if I used so kind of car battery with high voltage I could use the cables used to jump start a car, I would strip one end and wrap the wire in to the panels that way I could create an electromagnetic field or some kind of ion wind. Yes I know what happens when you short circuit a battery.[/FONT][/COLOR]
