underground tunnel system

Ok so lately I have been working on a project (theoreticall side anyway) of making a system of underground tunnels (and corect me if I placed the thread in the wrong place im new here) and I baisicly get hoe to tunnel safely but I have a problem where I live (and am planing the project) there the ground is baisicly just clay as of 5 meters in the ground but since in the winters the ground freezes solid and when it faws aot it warps so bad that whe have to replace the roads once in every 5 year's bow here on the clay its mor like every 7 year's but the point stands that the ground warps and my concern is that it might jeopardise the structural integrity of the support beams and eventually make it collapse in on it selve I balive that if the support would be of a hard metal that doesn't rust and received monthly maintenance and would have baring connections every 10 meters that would let it slightly move instead of bending and braking than it could work, but I would like to get feedback from other people and I dont want none of that its two dangerous without geting a specialist stuff as i'm fully qualified

Have you checked out local construction codes and permitting requirements for tunnels?

Yes I have and before im gona try geting them I would like to get the how's aot of the way, and I might not be a tunel engineere by Coolidge degree but I am considered som what of a genius in meters concerning construction and technology (and also in chemistry kind of but thats not important for this project) and I have gon over it a million times in my head and what I baisicly need is feedback on would it stand the earth shifting, normally I would use 5ft of concrete all around just to make it to hard for it to be a problem but since this is my project from my own budget not some rich guy hiring me to design and oversee the construction of something so im kind of on a budget and all things together with using metal it would still be around 50 000 in construction and im not willing to go much higher than that (im not cheap business just has been kind of slow lately)

You may be considered a genius by some, and maybe for good reason, but you are asking questions that involve human safety. That's why you are getting the response that you should check with a licensed professional. You can probably get a feel for whether or not what you are wanting to do is even feasible to consider for a relatively small fee.

Also, I will cut you some slack and assume that english is not your native language. If, however, it is, then I would also STRONGLY suggest you brush up on grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure. Your continuous run-on sentences are very difficult to read and do not give the reader the impression they are dealing with an educated person, much less a genius. I didn't see a single period in either of your posts. Sorry if I'm being snarky, but this stuff really grates on me.

English is not my native language and baisicly the only reason I bothered learning it whas so I could catch up on CSI online a few year's back but I gues that it wouldn't be much of a bother learning the spelling as the minimum when my schedule clears up I gues and trust me if there whas a tuneling expert available in my contry than I would hire the person in a heart beat but tuneling is not realy big here which is why im not gona even bother trying to get government funding but noworries I have been brushing up on tuneling the last couple of weeks and I have baisicly read everything there is to know about it, but I guess that there's no substitute for experience but im not planing to pull over some tuneling expert across from who knows where just to for a couple of figuring aot a couple of simple questions especially considering that I still need to get project approval from the city council

About the designs and structure, of course, you can always ask good recommendations from people you trust the most since you are in a tight budget for this tunnel. I'm excited to see it done! Good luck to you and just be safe with this project of yours!
