State of the Art of Exam Questions Repository!!

Hello everyone, How are you?

I'm a new member here, and I hope that I'm welcome :)

I'm studying IT Engineering at Damascus University..
I and my team have a first project to build in this college.. It's about making a Repository of Exam Questions or you can call it Questions Bank..
We have to submit its State of the art very soon, it must include the first beginnings of Exam Questions Repository or QBank, and also the developments which have been made to it since that day until now.. But actually Google didn't give us any help about this until now. My team & I spent about a week searching without getting any result.. :(

So please, if anyone has a good idea can lead us to what we need, it'll be so appreciated..
