Deflection calculations
Hello,
I wish that someone could provide me with an exercise of calculating a deflection. I would prefer it to be a cantilever which has a non-consistent flexural rigidity. I am not completely certain if I can calculate it correctly using double integration method so I would like to test it out. Therefore I also need you to give me the correct answers for some points. Intermediate results would also be greatly appreciated.

I know how to calculate the deflection when the flexural rigidity EI is constant. It's extremely simple. This is why I asked for a non-constant EI for the exercise. Well I seem to have written non-consistent but I meant non-constant.

Ok,
Did you try searching Engineers Edge?

I've looked all over the internet but haven't found any help.

I don't know if this will help you but take a look at 4.5.4 Example 4.13 in the following link
