Rubber Bladder Design

Hi this is Darius .I am under the process of developing a pulsation dampener .For this component the core part is rubber bladder.This rubber bladder should withstand pulsating flow ,for the 3d modelling we use cad software.The main task is to check whether it can withstand the flow and pressure and we have to check at what condition the bladder will tear and how to validate the rubber bladder thickness .can any one tell me how can i check these parameters and what are the inputs needed for checking & how can i proceed further .....Please any one help to design the Bladder. The material may be viton EPDM......thumbsup2
