How to calculate Co-efficient of Friction value

How to calculate the co-efficient of friction value for a given surface finish of a surface.
Any formula available to calculate the co-efficient of friction. For example : Calculating the co-efficient of friction value (Mu) for ground component surface or Milled component surface or turned component surface.
