Hello. I'm new to the forum. I am a engineering technology student at Cal Poly Pomona. Next year they will change it to mechanical/manufacturing. I wanted to know what the job outlook is like for this type of degree. Should I stay with it, or go into a more specific field like materials or chemical, etc. I would like to work for a defense contractor like Boeing or General Dynamics one day and I want to know if I'm going the right way.
