Is there a chart a can use to validate torque requirements for metric fasteners?

What do you mean by "validate"?

Could be one of two things.
1) They have specified a requirement on a drawing and someone has called them out to prove it.
2)The numbers show that X amount of torque is needed and they need to double check that the chosen fastener is man enough.
That's my best guess anyways.
In if the page in the link is not what you're looking for OP, check the Steel Designers Manual. That's got loads of handy info and includes "standard" HSFG bolts.

I have a project that a customer requires that I confirm the torque measurement of fasteners applied to mount equipment to an enclosure. So I am using a torque wrench to confirm that this has been done to meet there spec's.
are you trying to verify a torque value or a clamp load at a certain torque value?
