Load-Bearing Question for Plywood Sheet

I'm looking to build a 4-wheel dolly (880lb load) to support a 65-gallon turtle tank (about 500 lbs partly-filled). The aquarium will be placed on top of a lateral metal filing cabinet as a base (50 lbs).

Can I use a 36"x 19" piece of 3/4" 5-to-7 layer plywood to support the combined filing cabinet and aquarium?


There are commercial lateral file dollies available but they are around $100 with taller wheels. So I was looking to save some $ and keep the height as low as possible.
