Rotation using two (four) hydraulic cylinders HELP!

I'm attempting to simulate an existing design using open source material that consists of images only. The goal is to rotate the array on the right side (see pics) roughly 165 degrees using hydraulic cylinders. I have also provided an image of the actual vehicle that I am attempting to model.
