How to calculate plastic tension latch?

Hello to all

I am up to design plastic tension latch for plastic tool box I am working on.

The box is up to 30 kg capacity. Plus there is an idea to mount extra part with drawers underneath.

So I need a solution of latch/closure which should "consume" tolerances issue, ensure solid, stiff closure, and require proper closing/opening force!

Has anyone of you ever designed or calculated such tension latch?
