Requesting help and suggestions for SAMCEF for ROTOR software

I am currently working on my final year project on the subject of rotordynamics.
My objectives are to undertake

1.) undamped lateral critical speed analysis
2.) unbalance response analysis
3.) stability analysis

on a centrifugal compressor, using the ROTOR module in SAMCEF.

Does anyone has any experience in using this software? Been trying it out for few months already but still cant fully understand how to use it. The tutorials given in the software are not detailed enough, and are of little use...;?

Also, can anyone tell me if it can be used to model the speed dependent stiffness and damping properties of fluid film bearings?

I appreciate if anyone can offer me some help in this, as I really do not know what else to do...
