Help with a Dual Input Cycle Timer

Im looking to create a controller for a winch that will put out 1-4 ft of cord then retract the same amount continuously, maybe 30-60 seconds per cycle. Have been looking at options and i think i can just hook up the power input controlls for the winch onto some kind of cycle timer found some on zoro but not sure if there is already something in existence that would achieve this goal so i don't have to create some type of computer program controlled system.

Seems like what i need is a dual input flipflop cycle timer that turns one input on for a few seconds, then turns off and turns another input on for a few seconds and goes back amd forth in a flipflop manner, if such a thing exists.
