API Threads and Torque Values

I am trying to find somewhere that has documented torque values for 2-7/8 NUE threaded 13Cr110 pipe. Spec API RP 5C1 lists several thread sizes and material grades but not 13Cr110 on NUE Threads. Does anybody have any experience with bucking couplings on 13Cr pipe that can lead me in the right direction.
