Is anyone familiar with IEC 534-8-3? Im trying to derive a method for determinind noise in orifice plates using a modified form of this standard. I am havng trouble with the 'third octave band centre frequency' (fi). Does anyone know exactly what it denotes? And how might I calculate it?
