Can someone please tell me the processes involved in the manufacturing of Plate Gasketed Heat exchangers??
Is it sheet metal pressing and cutting or there is more to it???

Could be any of the following:
Machining, stamping, casting, extrusion, roll and form, EDM, etc...
The manufacturing process utilized will depend on mechanical tolerances, number to be built, geometry requirements, and of course --- costing.
