Can you provide a free body loading diagram?
Nothing worse than a poster that tries to change the question and claim the responder is "live in a theoretical perfect world".

You could actually use the "Heat Loss Double-Pane Window Equation and Calculator".

Just set the k to the values...
You want a Hydraulic Flow Control Valve, specifically a Volumetric flow rate control valve. The pressure will drop linear with constant flow out of the pressurized system.
Search the internet for...
Zinc or stainless should be fine unless you're operating in a high salt environment.
Usually, there is a thread coating on the fitting threads to help minimize corrosion also it's common to see a...
I think too that bolt and nuts are usually thread cut before case hardening so when cutting more threads tends to less accurate.
You may need to die or tap the threads several times.
Typical NEMA 34 frame stepper motors are rated at more than 30 lb-in and some as high as 1300 lb-in and all weight about the same. Not seeing your challenge in locating one.
If weight is the...
There's a "Forced Air Flow Convection Cooling. Fan Air Flow Required for Heat Sinking Formulas and Calculator" on Engineers Edge.
See: Fan Air Flow Required for Heat Sinking Formulas and Calculator
If the bearing is sized properly, to the loads, thermal environment, RPM, etc. ... no, the bearing will not "wear out quickly".
Could be a type of grease gun pump.

Assuming you can see the wood structure I would put eyes on the actual deflection in action.. Get some well fed friends or what ever and have them walk the floor and...
Agree and agree.
"The Short Run and Long Run" overview discusses lost jobs but fails to address the individual challenges that comes with that.

Very creative! Use what you have design and engineering at its best.
Every stress-strain plot I've seen was reported in actual units. I don't think the strain is being report as a % but being converted into a multiple for ease of reading the plot.
A note would...
Probably using Profile of a Surface/line.
See: https://www.engineersedge.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/656/
It's best to ask the asker which is "Underwriters Laboratory".
Probably means size variations or number of wires/strands etc... Again, see sentence above.
Yes, rated stress of wood is dependent on loading direction relative to grain. Loading perpendicular to grain will cause separate.
Also, the stress strain curve is incomplete.
Looks like a ball screw thread.

Why would you even model it? Are you 3D printing the gears?
If machining, determine gear ratio, specify desired industry standard tooth profile, pitch or whatever diameter needed, AGMA tolerance...
Deep drawing or spinning.
Retractable mechanical stop at 120 deg. increments? Have you considered a programable stepper motor control electronics like Rambo board?
