    grip strut

    anyone can help me just I want to know if there is a standard norm to grip strut, the thing here is that I am buying material with mc nichols, but really I do not know any about specs for grip strut.

    Hi Monclova,
    If you hop on McNichol's website they have a drop down menu called resources. They give load tables for their products. Read the section about how to use their charts... then look at the charts. They give load and deflection numbers for different spans for all of the different sizes and materials they offer in their "Grip strut."

    I already saw that but without luck... what I'm looking for is a norm... they as suppliers of their materials give that offer but really I'been receiving wrong materials so just need to know that.

    so everybody can understand what I am saying please read ASTM A6 which mention as if you ask a plate by thickness.... how much variation can have...
