I'm working on a project for school. I have to design a bolt on lifting lug capable of lifting 100,000 lbs, using solidworks. I'll be using 4 1-6 unc hex head cap screws torqued at 2371 ft-lb The washers will have an outside diameter of 3". I'm trying to figure out how to constrain this. The size of the lifting hole is 2.625" and the pin used will have a dia of 2.5". I've attached a picture. Thanks in advance.
