    Angularity Tolerance

    Picture1.jpg

Is the answer is "Surface B only" or "Both sides of the toleranced feature" for the question which is in the picture?

I think "Surface B Only". Anyone can confirm me.

"Both sides of the toleranced feature" - Never, when applied to a feature of size the tolerance would apply to the derived center plane..

    Is this homework?

    Thank You, I understand that.

I am studying GD&T myself & was going through some exercise material. This was a question in that.

It should be noted that the callout really doesn't make sense -- because it's indeed applied to a surface, but then it has the MMC modifier, which shouldn't be there.
But I guess that doesn't affect the question, if taken literally.

I didn't see the MMC when I quick glanced... Question is flawed...
