    standars for drawings

    talking about drawings is there any standar where can find if it is correct my skill since I have read machinerys handbook and can not to find it in this case what I need to know if is there standar that shown when a dimension on drawing is inscribed on a square I must be follow the machining tolerances per drawing.

    You can do some searching on this Drawing and Tolerancing Standards ...

    ASME y14.5m

    BUT, whatever it is on the drawing MUST be followed otherwise you will have finished parts rejected. If you can't achieve something on the drawing then you need to discuss it with the Client and have them revise the drawing if possible. They have defined things in the drawing for a reason that is important to the overall assembly of the finished component. It may not seem important to you on that one part.
