True Position of a diameter back to 2 datums.

How can I calculate the true position of a hole back to 2 datums (diameters). The feature control frame states that the true position of the hole should be within a diametrical tolerance of .5 MMC to datum "A" at MMC and datum "B" at MMC. I understand the calculation when going back to a single datum.

The tolerance zone is oriented and located to the specified datums'. So, depending on the relationship between the datums and the hole one will either measure a location (distance) or an orientation.

Can you be more specific on what the relationships are between the hole and the datums'?
