    cantilever tail lift forces

    Hello.
My name is Oren and i'm teaching mechanical engineering.
I gave 2 of my students to study and calculate the forces of cantilever lift.
I think that i calculate it wrong can you please help me with that.

do I need to calcluate that the angling hydraulic only deals with the momonets and the lifting hydraulic deals with the weight???

Please help me how to calculate the forces in the system.

    thanks and regards.

    Oren.

Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.

Your question and your diagram leave me very confused. Your diagram appears to be a free body diagram force and moment study. (By the way, A and B are not shown.) Your question involves hydraulics, but I don't see anything about hydraulics or cylinders in your diagram. More information please.
