Shear force and moment calculation Homework

Hi all, I have an assignment to calculate the shear force and bending moment of a beam (orientation = horizontal). Can someone help me with this assignment? I have difficulties with establishing the correct approach of how to calculate both values. Part of the assignment is also to calculate the same values when the beam is tilted at an angle (y) of 20 degrees. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is. Did I put it in the wrong section?
